KANDUNGAN NDF (Neutral Detergen Fiber), ADF (Acid Detergen Fiber) DAN TANIN KULIT PISANG GOROHO FERMENTASI

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan mengevaluasi kandungan NDF, ADF tanin kulit pisang Goroho fermentasi. menggunakan métode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan pakan terdiri dari P0: Kulit (KPG) tanpa fermentasi, P1: KPG fermentasi Rhizopus oligosphorus 0,3% diinkubasi 48 jam. P2: Trichoderma viride 120 P3: 0,15% jam, kemudian dilanjutkan viride0,15% P4: oligosphorus0,15% P5: difermentasi + Variabel atas tanin. Hasil penelitian bahwa kapang Rhizophus oligosprus (P1-P5) belum mampu menurunkan komponen serat NDF ADF, tetapi dapat sebesar 64,24% 0,56 menurun 0,20% pada P1 32,14% 0,51% P4.Keywords: Pisang Goroho, Fermentasi, Tanin.
